Hi There
Going to start Emms on Tuesday on the rollers at half six! If anyone wants to join in then they are welcome will be there for an an hour concentrating on pedalling with a mix of the turbos and the rollers!

Hi Callum,
can't make it on Tuesday, but will be weighing in with turbo help in the evenings real soon. Heard you had a great week at Manchester, great performances and praise from your coach. Very well done, experience for next year, eh?
I could have sworn you were taking the family off to Tenerife.
