Important dates!!!

Calling all members!

Here are some dates for your Diaries:
Coffee Morning, 09:00 Saturday 12-Oct-2013. This is another of our fund raising events. The last one was a magnificent effort by all raising a record amount of money for the club funds. It will be difficult to beat particularly as we will be struggling for helpers on the day. As is usual, homebakes, and bric-a-brac for the sales table will be most welcome and donations for the raffle prizes are needed. More particularly, if you can help on the morning between 9 am and midday please let Doris Dallas know (01309 673950).

Tuesday League Prize Presentation will take place in the clubrooms on the evening of Friday 27-Sep-2013 between the hours of 7 to 9pm. Party food will be provided, as in past years, by donation from the members. So as to avoid an overprovision of jelly and chocolates and to ensure that there are nibbles for the adults, it would be great if you could all liaise with Doris Dallas and discuss menus with her.

Finally, the Annual Prize presentation Dinner will be held at the Mossett Tavern on the evening of Friday 29-Nov-2013. Again, please let our Social Secretary, the hard working Doris Dallas, know if you are going to attend this annual bash.
