Is anybody doing turbos Friday morning in clubrooms. If not then I'll do it at home. Wouldn't mind some company and a bit of jovial banter!!! Going off ma heed indoors. Merry Xmas to one and all. santa

Peter has us on Hurt Locker the morn but i will come down Friday to keep you company and spin the legs.There will be no training this weekend with Santa coming so i will be down usual 0930hrs
