How’ it everybody?

Weather permitting; is their anybody keen on going out Friday morning for a easy run? I’m just back from holiday and done nothing more than lie about in the sun for two weeks.

If anybody is going out I will see you at the club at 9.30 cheers

Canna manage the morn heading down to ride the track fingers crossed! However saturday could be a plan.If any one is keen maybe a recovery/ easy run Evil or Very Mad half wheeling banned nae hills but maybe three hours or so with a Rivitta and a green Tea, Or Just get fired into the biggest buns there are. A good run with a good bit of crack i think is needed at this time of year so maybe half nine Saturday !
