Could've done with a run out on the road right enough,

but yesterday mornings VO2Max Test shredded my legs Mad
then last night Lager Max Test shredded my heid drunken ,
so I've just gotten up at the crack of noon ! Sleep

You all looked like you were fairly motoring when I passed you heading home yesterday right enough !

Aye it was cold this morning Sandy! but needs must tis the season to be Jolly!
I was starting to question my wisdom in parts the day but fine when its bagged!
Roll on the morn might actually get to Roseisle canna beat it Baltic again! bounce
