PostSubject: A Bike That Doesn't Move   A Bike That Doesn't Move Icon_minitimeFri Nov 07, 2008 12:02 pm

Well after getting myself all ready to go away for the 20th of Oct I have been to Brize and got sent home, then when I flew to Heathrow to fly out last week we had to return again, However its finally happening Im off this monday, so if anyone has any hints about how to stay sane when trying to train on "A Bike That Doesn't Move" give me some tips, I've packed my shoes and pedals and a big box full of motivation. I'll have between 2 and 3 hours most days to get on it so aiming for 2 sessions, so hopefully be a bit leaner for next year but might get worried when going forwards at more than 25 mph, hopefully see you all just before christmass

Well the little man in your house will be the focus point for all of your cash, Thats why I splashed out as if I waited till no 2 came along in spring I'd stand no chance.

Im going to do as many 10's/25's as poss next season and have a go at that ATP race thing you mentioned so will need plenty of training and advice when I get back, got 3 weeks stuck on execise bike to come but its better than nowt eh!
