The Annual General Meeting of Forres CC will take place in the Cumming Street Clubrooms at 19:00hrs on 29 Oct 2012. Attached are the relevant documents, including the Agenda. In accordance with the Constitution, please submit any agenda items to me by the end of September.
This is the most important meeting of the year so I would appeal to all members to make the effort to attend.
