| I would like to start an evening turbo session for the juniors to run through the winter weeks starting from the 19th November. It could be any days, Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday. Can you let me know which of the days would be good for you? Between 4 to 6 juniors would be good as this would add an element of natural competition between the participants. Are you up for the challenge?  | |

| Jake is up for it even though he hates them, but Wednesday would work best, Monday at a push (he has xc training). Friday is out as 2 hrs badminton. |
