Now there are so many accredited Forres riders, it's worth going to the drop in sessions.
I was down with Jake on the 15th and from 8 - 9 there were 18 riders and from 9 - 10 there were 10 riders. No tri bars allowed but so what.
Link to timetable which is valid until 28th March taken from braveheart.

If anyone is travelling down then worth putting on here maybe. You could leave mid morning Monday, get 3 hours on Monday afternoon, stay overnight and get 4 hours on Tuesday and be home for tea.. £8/hour for the drop in sessions and although you don't need to book it is worthwhile calling a few days before and booking.
