Great rides from Jim,Callum,Henry and Gareth.Lovely wee speech from Jim at the presentation-a true gent.Niggly breeze on the return from Ardullie which seemed to contain all the uphill drags.Superbly organised event, well marshalled and the best pusher off in 33 years of cycling(good firm hold).Legs in bits after race:pale: .Canna believe how I've gone 14 mins faster on that course 11 years ago.And to think its to be done twice in a fortnight.........insane.Good training though.

Well put Pete that was a hard run on the bike nae so sure I would call it. Niggly breeze right enough ! The thought oh turning and doing another lap will take a wee bit oh tinkering with the pacing and nearly forgot don't know how the bahooki is going to shape up affraid

.....nae satisfied with hurting myself yesterday, just gone and entered the Coffee Pot 50 next week at Stonehaven.Think (Callum) said he was riding,so see you there. All good training before the ridiculousness of riding a 100 to celebrate my 50th birthday. MAD.
