Tried to sort this out last week but I wisnae taken seriously me thinks.
I was under the impression that after Christmas the idea was to split into two groups (numbers permitting) so that we could do some proper training. A fast(er) group and a no' so fast group. Is this still the plan? I havnae been goin' too often because I found the pace a bit slow. Time is precious and every mile needs to count. Racing in 2 months!
