For those of you who haven't heard, on Thursday 12th Nov 09, Peter Ettles was voted "Moray Sportsman of the year 2009". This is in recognition of his outstanding performances during 2009 and it is the 2nd time in 5 years that Peter has picked up this award.
Nae a bad wee cyclist eh?

Re- Forres Gazette report

Just picked a copy of the above to read the report on Peter Ettles.

How many cyclists can say they have kept football off the main sports section this time of the year.

How many cyclists have won Scottish,British,European Gold.

How many cyclists have won a World Bronze Medal

How many sportsmen have won the Moray sportsperson of the year twice.

Some year Peter, just amazing well done.

Just been reading the Northern scot Peter is in it Twice, When did cycling get this much coverage in the north!
