| Anyone interested in turbo sessions in the club rooms please let it be known. Could start with 1 legged spinning ( helps with technique ) also endurance training and maybe even power sessions later. These should last about 1 hour. Have a few ideas and the more people the better. So come on down if you want to challenge yourself and see big improvements in the new year. All free of charge !!! | |

| Hi Jim, You can count me in on this but not as serious as all you fast guys. Any night would do for me. Three people have started serious turbo sessions already and two of them have done two sessions. I have replaced all the batteries in the Power Turbos and have calibrated each for two different weights. One has labels marked 160 (meter and turbo) and the other is labelled 192. It is important that, for the sake of the 3 people who have started their programs that these calibration factors are not changed. It won't make any difference to new starts, but for the power readings to be meaningful, each person using them and noting power outputs, should always use the same one. For advice on use of these, I am always available. Cheers Alan | |
