| Anyone who wishes to get out for a bit ( and stop going stir crazy ) meet at the clubrooms for turbos / rollers about 10'ish. Just bring yourself, a smile and bike is optional. Good cheer and witty banter are also required as it does get a little tedious listening to Matt's music all morning!!!
