Sunday Club Run - Meet Club Rooms 09.30am

Unfortunately I can't make it (Race 4 Life), but don't be disheartened, even though I'm not there, hopefully there should still be a good turnout

Please apologise to the cafe owner - as he will see a dip in his profits this week

Any new prospective members are welcome to to come along - pace to suit all riders, with a cafe stop.

I am planning to attend. Need a longer ride before next weekend.

I'm riding tomorrow and after the cafe i'll be doing a few hours more glutten eh! well we'll have to see who turns up and take it from there! but coffee stop will be included got a little bit of a hilly session in mind to loosen up the legs before the Etape next week( nothing too daft ) but a bit harder than broadley and back! Matt

I intend to be there tomorrow. 2 days of over eating so I need to burn off some calories. Wont say no to a cake stop though!

Excellent ride today! Good weather and company and a hilly 55 miles round trip with a picnic at Culloden visitors centre. This is what cycling is all about and good to see new, or comparitively new, faces on the run. Didn't expect to see seven people when some are away racing.
