Meet at the clubrooms for 09.30am for the club run

With a good number of our riders doing the 100 champs there wont be so many available for the Sunday run. Peter.

How far do you normally go ? Thinking about coming out but havent ridden for a few years and the spare tire has been expanding quite a bit. Need the exercise

Popped through from Nairn this morning, but it was wetter in Forres than it is here, which I guess explains the absence of any riders today.

I'll hopefully try again next week, weather permitting.

Oneupu2, You're welcome to come and join us - Paced to suit everyone, average ride tends to be between 40-50 miles, with a coffee stop in the middle.

Most people use the Sunday club run as either a recovery ride, or just a way of keeping fit - there's no pressure to race (except to the odd 30mph sign), all ages attend too from teenagers to octogenarians......

Sandy, sorry no one turned up, the weather over the weekend in Forres was particulary poor and lots of people were either racing / marshalling / timekeeping at races.
