words like "stepping up" and "fun and games" is there something i should know?

Are you meeting again tomorrow? Assume it will be at the Roseisle VH around 8:45?

I've been a demon on the hard intervals all winter on the turbo so I should be able to hang onto the peleton for at least a few miles this time LOL!
