Run the morn 0930hrs from the Club for those who are still holding it together!
I will try and set the alarm clock the morn,enjoyed this morning though 2 laps next week!

What a Face Seeing I missed Sats bash.[ Geoge and I were at the Vets DO collecting our medals]. Clubrun today made up for it. PHEW. El Presidentie.

Welcome back STUART i was thinking it must be twenty two years since i was out on the Bike with you!
Good run today enjoyed the company , Lesson for the day was check left and right before bending over to accept the gong for the THIRTIES aye! 70 AND STILL LEARNING
