Help Required

Hi everyone
Due to my recent dramas i am not allowed out on the bike by myself. Hamish has been on the ball and offered to take me out on a weekend which i intend on taking him up on. I was wondering if anyone would help me out through the week it would need to be easy going due to medication i weigh in at seventeen and a half stone so the Califer is out. I just want out on my bike so if anyone fancies a run through the week!

Nice to hear from you ma friend. At the moment I go out on a Tuesday and Thursday at an easy pace ( for now ) but it's not until 4.30 so you need lights. If you do fancy a wee run around Forres I would be more than glad to help you out.

It depends on how long you want to do, if you only need an hour about lunch time I could meet you at yours and drop you off as I get long luch breaks during the week, Matt, good to have you back

Hi Callum,
Peter and I go out all the time during the week, specialising in easy coffee stop runs. We now know all the best and cheapest (we are retired!) and would be delighted to have you along. We normally head out from the clubrooms at 09:30 and aim for 30+ miles, subject to weather and, for you, no hills.
