| Anyone for junior club run on Saturday? Meet at the club at 10am prepared for a 20-30 mile run. If weather terrible, consult the website before leaving home as it could be cancellation or turbo session in the clubrooms. Hope for dry weather and see you then  Alan | |

| It will come as no surprise to anyone who has looked out of the window that the score is "weather 1 cyclists 0"! Sorry folks, no road cycling today. I will be at the clubrooms at 10am if anyone fancies turbo sessions, but I guess all the big boys will be there using the club turbos, so bring your turbo, if you have one, and your bike or just roll over and have another hour in bed!!
