Very Happy Good Training ride this morning. Ivan meant business airing the Plasma for the 1st time this year. 6 out not bad for Tuesday morning.

Great session this morning dusted down the plasma and got to grips with some big gears on the Roseisle Triangle,

Couldnt understand how Peter managed to overtake me twice low and behold his Identical twin stays in Burghead and is also a keen cyclist Double trouble me thinks.

Great coffee stop thanks to Niel we will miss him for the next 4 weeks that for sure. He did mention he was going to get a Motor bike on the go to use as a derny that will be fun!!!
