Saturday and Sunday club runs

Ok then, this weekend the snow is on its way, if it comes then it'll be turbo's in the club for juniors and seniors alike, I suggest half 10 as I cant bring myself to do more than an hour and a half.

If the weather is fine Alan has shot off to the sun so have we a volunteer to escort the Juniors, Callum A, will need to be met in Nairn by the cenotaph, not sure about Kate yet.

just confurming that i will be coming on the run on saturday if weather is nice although i will need picking up at the the war memorial. thanks. hope im not to much trouble. if the weather is bad i will not be on turbos

refering to my earlyer comment "i will come if the weather is nice", i feel that it is to cold and wet and i don't won't to catch a cold just before christmas . sorry for inconvienience. but atleast you won't have to worry apout picking me up

Great to see your keen the weather wasn't at all suitable for riding today, no point getting injured just as your starting to get into it, But we will try to get some junior runs during the hols and maybe a few sessions in the club, also see if your dad needs a training partner in the gym as body core exercises are great for this time of year, Matt
