Looking forward to a gentle run on Sunday after todays 66 miles. Take it easy on me I aint gettin any younger! C U all at 9.30 and lets try and have a good club turnout.

Jim, if that's your idea of a gentle run I'm for taking up tiddly winks!! Been for back two hours and my legs are still refusing to work. Going to have to sleep downstairs tonight, stairs look like the north face of the Eiger!!

Have a glass of red wine Alan, it helps take away the PAIN. Got this tip from an ex pro called Peter R. Must have been the cake you guys were eating cause I'm fine.

I agree with Alan it was supposed to be a recovery run today,18+mph aint no recovery im still recovering yet. Still no pain no gain so they say, we must have a big gain in the bank. Well off to bed now snooooooze.
