As usual, meet at the clubrooms for 09.30am for the club run

Everyone welcome - Especially prospective new members.

Dole or pension money required for the obligatory coffee & cake stop - pig

Pace to suit everyone - Weather Forecast - Sunshine & Heavy Showers Crying or Very sad

Please reply on the forum if you intend coming along.
