2hr steady run today since the last 2 days have been efforts and the upcoming weekend of races.
Usual 0930hrs.

2 HRS STEADY!
I RETURN AFTER A 1 WEEK LAY OFF TO A MOUNTAIN STAGE
Joking aside good run the day,good turnout on a working day and a Ponderossa stop had to part with some dole money though. Good to see Neal Back!
