For all you adventurous types - this Saturday (19/02) Alistair Humphreys is speaking at Eden Court - Well worth going if you get the opportunity, he's a great speaker.

He's cycled round the the world / ran the Marathon Des Sables / canoed the Yukon / done the Pamplona bull run / rowed the Channel etc.. etc...
